David was very professional in the purchase of 8 Elizabeth Parade. He was knowledgeable of the area and put in a lot of effort in with my husband Brian to make him understand that while having to do a bit of work on the property was going to be worth it in the end because of its location. This in turn let us achieve a great property on the water which was always our dreams. David always got back to us and explained the process of purchasing along the way so we always knew what to expect next. We were very impressed with his negotiating skills as he was very mindful of both purchaser and vendors financial situation.
