On top of that positive outcome, the process of dealing with the settlement agent while I was travelling inter-state was smoothly handled, with Dean personally ensuring the necessary paperwork and processes ran well behind the scenes. Dean underatands customer well. He helped me on everything from advising me of steps to be taken before sell and while on sale. He had helped me to get my rental property vacate and then organised cleaning of home to make it presentable. It was so easy to communicate with him over the phone or chatting.
