Very Organised

Dean and his team achieved a higher than expected sale price for the property we listed with him. On top of that positive outcome, the process of dealing with the settlement agent while I was travelling inter-state was smoothly handled, with Dean personally ensuring the necessary paperwork and processes ran well behind the scenes. As this was a deceased estate with myself as the Executor, this extra level of attention by Dean was most welcome, making the whole stressful process a little easier for everyone. Thanks !

Reliable and trustworthy

Dean underatands customer well. He helped me on everything from advising me of steps to be taken before sell and while on sale. He had helped me to get my rental property vacate and then organised cleaning of home to make it presentable. It was so easy to communicate with him over the phone or chatting. It was great experience dealing with Dean espexially when I was away from Perth and Dean have handled the deal on behalf of me. I am very pleased with his service and would recommend to anyone. My favourite agent.

Dean was enormously helpful with the sale of my two properties. He knew the market and advised me well on pricing so that they would sell quickly. He was very efficient and responsive. Nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend his services to my friends and family and would use him again in a heartbeat.

Highly recommended agent.

We chose Dean to sell our house because he originally sold the same place to us 6 years earlier. We remembered his easy going and friendly style and knew that he had a strong knowledge of the area. Dean sold it after the first home open which was excellent. Highlights from our experience dealing with Dean were his open communication, realistic expectations and good pricing strategy.
