Working with Eview on this latest project has resulted in a great outcome for the vendor. The vendor had a property that was in very poor condition, partially renovated and was not going to achieve its maximum potential to sell quickly and at a good price. Dena and Eview along with my business, Cre8 Property Options proposed a profit share arrangement to the vendor. We set a current market value with the properties condition, Cre8 Property Options was contracted to undertake all renovations and property improvements, which was paid by Cre8 until the property settled (that's right no up front cost to the owner). The renovation costs were added to the current market value to determine the overall cost, when the property sold, the difference between this and the sale price was the profit, which was then shared between the owner and the vendor. In a snap shot the properties value increased by $146,000 in 8 weeks and the vendor pocketed an extra $43,500 without having to do any work or come up with upfront costs. Dena did an exceptional job with promoting and marketing the property, with a sale achieved after the first open for inspection.
