Baston & Co were engaged to sell my house in Victoria Park. I was extremely pleased with the outcome of the sale - starting from the pre-engagement discussions and through the advertising and sale process. Derek & Lee Baston, and Symone Cope were courteous, efficient, prompt and professional. I was given valuable assistance and advice and most importantly, I believe they acted with great integrity. I would highly recommend them to prospective clients and I would certainly use their services again.

Wow! From the minute I would into my property until completion of settlement I found The team at Baston & Co very friendly, efficient and professional. Nothing was too much trouble for them to the point that I have retained them as agents to rent my property out until I am ready to move in. I can highly recommend the entire Team!

Writing reviews is not something we usually do, but Lee, Derek and Symone from Baston & Co deserve the biggest Thank You for selling our house. It was not an easy task as it came attached with a business and we placed a lot of restrictions on them like not putting a For Sale Sign up, no Home Opens and restricted viewing times, yet they managed to sell it in a short period of time, all with enthusiasm and friendliness from beginning to end. There was never a time that we couldn't reach anyone by phone, never a time when one of them wasn't available for us with whatever questions we had and never an unfriendly word. Derek and Lee live locally and have a vast knowledge of the market in the area which prompted us to sign up with them in the first place and what came with it was trust, honesty and professionalism. We would not hesitate to sell or buy with them again in the future and will highly recommend them to everyone. Many many thanks, Sonja and Michael Vic. Park

It was great experience dealing with Derek Baston and his team. Friendly and up front approach compare to my previous listing agent of the same property. Very knowledgeable regarding local market in terms of price and demand. It's also a pleasure to deal with his staff with great communication and friendly services. I would recommend Derek and his team to anyone without any hesitation.

Derek, Lee and team recently sold a house for me in East Vic Park. Their knowledge of the area, market and extensive networks were invaluable for me. I highly recommend making yourself known to them if you are interested in either selling or buying in the area.

What can I say....selling a house can be a very stressful process but having the property sold after the first home open, I really didn't have time to breathe, let alone stress. Even though it was sad to leave my home in Victoria Park, I am now happily settled close by in East Victoria Park. I would like to express my sincere thanks to Derek for making the whole process of selling easy. Derek, you are a very personable person with a great passion for Victoria Park and along with your professional knowledge, friendly attitude and realistic approach to selling homes in and around the area, it really wasn't a difficult choice in selecting Baston & Co to sell my property. Thank you Lee & Derek, you make a great team and there is no hesitation in recommending Baston & Co to anyone who is selling, buying or renting.

What do I like about Derek Baston? He's profressional, personable and excellent at what he does - but most of all, he's real about it. It's clear when looking at the website that Baston & Co. aren't your typical agents. They're local specialists in Vic Park, and locals themselves. If you're thinking of selling and want an accurate assessment of your property's value, look no further. Derek knows more about what will sell in the area (and at what price) than any other agent. That's why we chose him. I've dealt with a range of real estate agents of the years varying degrees of success. I think we've all experienced that touch of 'used car salesman' some agents can have. If you don't like that approach, you'll find Derek and Baston & Co. a breath of fresh air. Sure, Derek has skill, network and savvy to excel as an agent, but it's his friendly, genuine manner that makes the whole process of selling a pleasure. Really, Derek and his team made the process of selling, paperwork etc seem easy. As he said, that's his job! Derek is a talented agent, and a reliable honest guy - a rare combination indeed. I wouldn't use anyone else.

My Wife and I had not seen Perth or the property and researched Perths suburbs from an unbiased distance. Victoria Park positioned in a green area with plentiful services shone brightly above other surrounding suburbs for value and growth. The amount of young people migrating to the area proves Vic Park is in high demand. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Derek, Symone and their team for their integrity and professionalism while dealing with an interstate purchase. I have been been impressed from the negotiation through to collecting our mail. Our positive experience relied heavily on our dealings with the Agent, that were outstanding. Since coming to Victoria Park: √ Every neighbor in the street has welcomed us with a "Hello" √ Our Seller even offered to help us move in √ Hitting the track by the serene river enthralled our energy Perhaps we came to live in Perth but we will certainly settle in Vic Park ;)

We were most impressed with the professionalism and integrity of Baston & Co. personnel surrounding the sale of our Victoria Park home in November, 2014. From Derek's excellent communication which kept us informed of buyer feedback and home presentations, to the resolution of some more challenging issues; we were most satisfied with our decision to use Baston & Co. Property. We absolutely loved our home and selling it was quite an emotional time for us - made all the more difficult given that we had relocated to Queensland in the interim. The distance didn't seem to matter though. What more can we say - we are 100% happy with the outcome and would thoroughly recommend Baston & Co. to others. Thank you Lee & Derek and your wonderful team at Baston & Co. Property. Michelle Denny & Ivor Jones

I would highly recommend Lee & Derek Baston to any property purchaser. I found Derek to be particularly thorough when preparing my offer on a new strata survey property. Not having been involved in the purchase of a propeprty for 19 years and not ever involved int the purchase of a strata title home, Derek made every effort to ensure that I understood all the details of the offer and went through each aspect of purchasing a strata title home. Once settlement was successfully completed I was further assisted with any query as required. I found his assisting staff to be equally helpful and was always treated with understanding and respect.

We recently bought a property listed with Baston & Co. Buying a house is a stressful exercise but Derek Baston made the whole process from home open to settlement a positive experience. The service and personal attention we received from Derek (and his team) were exceptional. Derek’s professionalism, enthusiasm and ongoing communication made him a pleasure to deal with and we could not have asked for a better sales agent to guide us through the process. He is approachable and always available. Whether buying or selling, we would have no hesitation in recommending him (and his company) to others. Don't just take our word for it – give Baston & Co a call today!
