There were a significant number of complex Overlays affecting the property and Contract for the property. Dion took the time to understand these Overlays in depth, and worked towards solutions to try and overcome these Overlays. Dion was very professional, timely, knowledgeable about the property, knowledgeable about the residential market generally, knowledgeable about comparable sales in the Morningside surburb and surrounding suburbs, and appeared to me to work very hard to achieve a great outcome for the Seller, whilst at the same time being fair and reasonable to the Buyer. My dealings with Dion were excellent, his experience and knowledge were a significant factor in the sale of the property, and although I was a Buyer in the transaction I would recommend Dion as an Agent to other Sellers, and would strongly consider Dion as an Agent if I was a Seller.
