When the time came to sell our West End apartment we decided to try Dion for no other reason than the fact he had been sending us market updates for around 2 years. These were unsolicited and we did not make any contact until late last year. We were pleasantly surprised with the service we received from Dion. In a very tough market he managed our expectations quite well and although we would have liked to sell our property for more the end result was probably quite fair given the circumstances.
