When the time came to sell our West End apartment we decided to try Dion for no other reason than the fact he had been sending us market updates for around 2 years. These were unsolicited and we did not make any contact until late last year. We were pleasantly surprised with the service we received from Dion. His communication style and market knowledge were excellent. In a very tough market he managed our expectations quite well and although we would have liked to sell our property for more the end result was probably quite fair given the circumstances. Once we had accepted the buyer's offer it was very reassuring that Dion kept in contact with us regularly with regard to finance, settlement dates and conveyancing issues, especially as our buyer did initially have some problems obtaining finance. As promised, Dion kept us fully appraised of the developments as they came to hand. I certainly recommend Dion as an example of a thoroughly professional and energetic real estate agent. Dion was extremely professional in all of our dealings. His market knowledge of the apartments in West End proved to be valuable in assisting us with timings of when to sell. Dion was always very easy to contact and he was very active in selling our property (even when I myself had lost interest and the market was slowing down). It would have been easy for Dion to move on to the next property but he kept working and in the end, we achieved a price which was well above what we were expecting, in a very tough market.
