Donna took the effort to respond to all the questions that I asked(I had quite a few). She would often reply late in the evenings, which shows her commitment to her job. She also helped organise the various inspections that I requested for, which would have required a bit of coordination with the tenants as it was a tenanted property. She came across as an assertive & no-nonsense individual, which is fair as long as the transaction works out to the seller's and buyer's satisfaction. She was reasonable in her response to my requests for an extension for key dates in the process, and for a reduction in the sale price based on the findings from the inspections, while safeguarding the interests of the seller she was working for. There were some things during the transaction which were probably not known to her or beyond her control but I guess that comes down to buyer's due diligence.
