Eliana was very professional and friendly throughout the whole process. She always made herself available when I needed to contact her and kept me in the loop the whole time. Most importantly she was very honest and delivered on all promises/agreements that were made between myself and the sellers. I would definitely recommend Eliana as an excellent Real Estate Agent.

Eliana has been a pleasure to deal with. Stoked that she put a sold sticker on my property even though she wasn't my selling agent. Super easy and approachable throughout the entire process.

First impressions of Eliana were of confident, well presented young lady. Eliana went through the home sale process explaining the auction process in detail, terms of the contract and finances involved. Our decision to engage Eliana was based on her sincerity, the fact that we were not pressured at any point and that she was able to arrange building inspection, conveyancing taking extra pressure off us at a stressful time. The post opening reports were comprehensive and from these we were able to ascertain reasonable market pricing detail. Overall Eliana provided excellent service, her experience level belies her age and we commend her. We highly recommend Eliana and the whole Tuggeranong team for house sales and purchases.

We spoke with two other agents in the process of finding the right person to market our home, from from first moment the we met El we had a very good feeling about her. After a follow up meeting El's bright and outgoing personality coupled with her high level of self assurance gave us the confidence that she would do a good job with marketing our home. This is the first time that we have sold a house so it was a lot of new and unfamiliar territory; El's knowledgeable guidance and wise appreciation of the market seemed to give us an edge in selling our home of 34 years. Her communication skills were extremely impressive, she gave constant and valuable feedback throughout the full process advising us of prospective client interest and their thoughts on how they felt about our home. Her recommendation to market our home as an auction in my opinion was a master stroke as we had a very satisfying and creditable outcome. Her honesty and hardworking work ethic plus an attitude that nothing is too much trouble was also a contributing factor in her success. I would have no hesitation I recommending Eliana to anybody considering selling their home.
