Ercan has recently sold two Sydney properties for us whilst we have been residing overseas. Ercan is a brilliant sales agent and always operates with sincerity and efficiency. Nothing was too much trouble for Ercan, he certainly went above and beyond to achieve great results for us - things like after hours Skype calls and picking up keys and documentation were no trouble at all. This made for an extremely smooth process from our perspective and we are grateful for the great service provided by Ercan and his team. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ercan to others who are looking for an agent to sell their property.

Thanks to Ercan for settling a deal for us in this new "correcting" Sydney market of Novemeber 2015.

I would highly recommend Ercan and his staff. At all times I was kept informed of how my unit was being marketed with updated numbers of people coming through all inspections. I took Ercan's advice at all times and felt very comfortable with his guidance .He was truthful and trustworthy which is what I valued. He achieved the result we were hoping for. I would highly recommend Ercan and his staff and would definitely use his professional services again. Bronwyn Green

We were thoroughly pleased with the level of service provided by Ercan and Olivia when selling our home at Stanmore. The marketing of our property exceeded expectations and the level of communication throughout the campaign was fantastic! Ercan offers open and honest advice and was able to secure a great result for our property. We would highly recommend Ercan and the team at Ray White.

Ercan is totally upfront about all aspects of selling a property and is happy to answer all and any questions. He is respectful and friendly and always helpful. He also listens to different points of view, and as an owner I had lots of ideas and queries that I felt I could easily run by him without him judging or dismissing them. I think he ran our auction very cleverly especially since unexpected things happened. I was very grateful for that.

Very good negotiator, provides honest feedback and realistic expectations

Ercan and his team were fantastic throughout the whole process of the sale of my unit. The communication I received was outstanding! Ercan is very knowledgeable and is a realist. He knew what my goals and my expectations were for selling my unit and he exceeded them. Ercan is not one to give up and give in to an offer if he does not feel it is right as a lot of real estate agents do. He will ensure you receive the price you deserve. I would thoroughly recommend Ercan to anyone buying or selling their property. I have had a lot of experience with real estate agents and Ercan was by far the best dealing with a real estate agent I have ever had.

Impressive track record. Ercan is an agent determined to achieve outstanding sales results.

Ercan Ersan of Ray White Erskineville provides an unrivalled service. A completely stress-free experience (aside from the typical auction day butterflies) from start to finish, Ercan and his team are dynamic, friendly, acutely knowledgeable and extremely professional. With a comprehensive, well thought-out and well-presented marketing campaign, constant availability to answer any questions and have detailed conversations, and regular and comprehensive updates provided on buyer feedback and inspection progress, I really felt like I was in the safest of hands through the sale period and campaign. I would unreservedly recommend Ercan and his team.

We were very impressed with Ercan and Olivia’s organized, energetic, and thorough approach in the selling of our home. They gave us updates several times during each week to inform us of the open-house feedback helping us to understand and or adjust our expectations. . Having made several attempts in selling our home it was very reassuring to find an agent that is so honest and reliable. Needless to say Ercan achieved a very good price and exceeded all our expectation. We highly recommend him.

We were extremely happy with Ercan every step of the way with the sale of our house at Cavendish Street Stanmore. His level of enthusiasm and work ethic were admirable.
