Fiona was very efficient in keeping us updated during the whole process of the sale and would recommend her . The only area that was a letdown was the administration of settlement. Full marketing costs were not disclosed and funds held in the trust account were not available till 6.00pm at night I have an internet receipt but still do not have settlement funds in my account

Worked hard and did her best in a tough market place. As we went to put our property up for auction the market started to change and it was not easy to estimate the buyers reaction at this time. so we were really happy to sell and though the price was a little lower than we were hoping for I think it was an indication of the changing market.
