Frederico was very pleasant and fun to deal with, but did show a lack of attention to detail - e.g. booking the settlement date on a bank holiday (which caused an unnecessary stir!), plus not addressing issues such as NBN, broken toilet flush and window access I raised during inspections and on auction day. However, he did action everything after some chasing on my part so settlement went smoothly in the end. Thrilled to be moving in tomorrow!
