Frederico quoted us a guide price of 950k before signing us. Once we got down to creating the ad for the property he asked for the guide to be changed to 850k, we felt very misled as the reason we signed Frederico was the guide price he quoted when giving us an idea of price. Frederico failed to then get anyone to register for auction. Frederico yelled at me at one point when we were negotiating with the buyer, forcing me to arrange the contract before we had agreed on a price. This felt like a manipulation to get us to be more invested in the sale. We ended up having to sell at the same price we purchased the property for 4 years earlier. Generally Frederico would not reply to messages and often did not pick up phone calls. Frederico to his credit did ultimately sell the property and he continued to show the property after auction till it did sell. And he was very dedicated to ensuring the sale went through. However, we both felt very uncomfortable with his lack of integrity and manipulations. We would not recommend Frederico.

Frederico was always willing to go above and beyond in order to get the best results for the property. He was always keeping me up to date with the latest updates and was open and honest throughout the entire process.

The two factors that we think are important in selling a property are to get a good price - of course - and to have implicit trust in the agent that you engage. We strongly recommend Frederico on both counts. The selling price was considerably more than we expected so we are obviously very pleased with that. We have great trust in Frederico. Real estate agents don't always have the best reputation but we found that his ethical approach ensured a great working relationship with us. We also took his advice on areas to improve around the house, or not, before going on the market. He put us in touch with people who could do these improvements and even with an agent for our next move. With Frederico as our agent our experience of selling has been hugely positive.
