As a buyer, it was refreshing to speak to a Real Estate Agent selling a property who had a strong knowledge and realistic approach to improvements we were contemplating on the property we inspected (and ultimately bought). Whilst we have had a bit of experience in house renovations previously, it was good to get some experienced input from the selling agent on what was realistically possible within a given budget.
