Geoff has recently negotiated the sale of my mother in laws home in Mornington , the family decision to employ Geoff's services was vindicated when he achieved a sale price well in excess of either our expectations or that of other Realestate Agents we interviewed for the sale . The level of communication and feedback from Geoff throughout the marketing campaign coupled with overall effort has been outstanding and to this end I would heartily recommend his services to prospective sellers in the area . Well done Geoff and keep up the good work.

Thank you so much Geoff for the amazing result that you achieved selling our Mother's home. Being developers we have dealt with a lot of agents and it has been refreshing to work with an authentic, genuine person who honestly cares for his vendor and their desired outcome. It has been a pleasure dealing with you. Through the whole campaign you have been very communicative with the family and we knew exactly what was happening so we could support mum and be on the same page. We would not hesitate to recommend you as an agent and would definitely source your services for selling future properties on the Peninsula. We wish you all the very best Geoff! Kind Regards, Jane & Chris Howell.

When I engaged Geoff Oxford as my agent I was impressed by his enthusiast and optimistic attitude. I placed my trust in him and was not disappointed. Geoff guided me as to what improvements to the property were necessary and organized the tradespeople. The property was not rushed on to the market, so that everything was in place to achieve an excellent result. Geoff kept me informed of progress at all times. I could not be happier with the whole experience and highly recommend Geoff.

We have been looking for a small acreage property on the Mornington Peninsula for around six years. During this time we have dealt with a number of agents and never felt any were listening to us. Geoff Oxford from Peninsula Property Specialists has changed our opinion completely. For once I can say I have found an honest agent whose follow up service has made us feel we are the most important people in the room. Geoff is friendly and approachable. His advice, knowledge of the area and contacts with local tradesmen has been a great assistance to us through the initial purchase and renovation period. We would have no hesitation recommending Geoff to family or our closest friends.

My parents engaged a real estate agent to sell their 10 acre property at Point Leo in December of 2014 and in October 2015 it was still on the market with no offers and only 10 viewings. It was around this time that we came in contact with Geoff Oxford or' Oxy'. From the moment I spoke with Geoff I knew he was different from the other agents and at our first meeting it was apparent that if anyone could make it happen for my parents it was going to be Geoff. After identifying exactly what needed to be done at the lowest cost Geoff organised and project managed the entire refurbishment of both the house and grounds and the finished product was amazing. The house was then re-listed and a month later it was sold for a price my parents were extremely happy with, unbelievable! Geoff is a professional in every sense of the word and when he says he is going to do something it gets done. The marketing of the property and sales process was also fantastic with Geoff in constant contact updating us every step of the way. Geoff knows the real estate game inside out and this knowledge was invaluable not only for showcasing the property in it's best possible light but also with the marketing and ultimate sale. He is quite unique coming from a building background but that is what makes him such a good operator and so effective. On a personal level he is just a great guy, someone you can trust, who knows his stuff and is absolutely committed to getting the best possible outcome. Before he arrived my parents had a sales campaign that had completely destroyed the value in their property. With Geoff's project management skills, building knowledge and real estate experience he completely turned the situation around. Should anyone be interested in engaging Geoff my advice would be to sign up immediately as you will not get a better result with anyone else. The other agents simply do not have the skills and experience to match Geoff.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN Let me start by praise Geoff Oxford of Peninsula Property Specialists for his outstanding efforts. We had our block of land listed with two different agents for 11 months during which time they only managed to generate limited interest. This even though cleared, level blocks are extremely rare in the area. We contacted Geoff Oxford from Peninsula Property Specialists who told us the land would sell itself. Geoff then, true to his word, went on to sell the land in three days! And, for the asking price. It should therefore be obvious to everybody that we can’t praise Geoff highly enough. He did an absolutely outstanding job. We shall be delighted to discuss his involvement in details with anybody who would like to do so. Geoff can provide you with my mobile number. I can only conclude by saying: Do yourself a favour and contact Geoff if you want to sell or buy property. Yours Faithfully Per Carlsen December 21, 2015
