Gordon is a very professional agent, actually the most professional property agent we ever dealt with. He put himself into our shoes and tries his best to help us on every tiny issues. He always responds quickly and we're impressed by his communication skills. We had a bit problem with our solicitor hence had to send some legal issues to Gordon asking for help, sometimes we feel like we ask for too much, but Gordon is always nice and patient and helps us whenever he can. Remember when we wanted to inspecy the property for the first time, we had some problems with transport and couldn't be there on time. After listened to me, Gordon drove to where we were and picked us up. We were touched and that is a 100scores first impression. Absolutely great experience overall.
