Growing up in and around the industry, there was never any doubt that Heath Belt would make real estate his home. As a third-generation real estate professional, Heath’s future was virtually predestined, so it’s no surprise that he is following in the footsteps of a grandfather who led the way in the growing outer southern suburbs, and parents who are leading agents in the Buxton group. Grounded by this lived experience, informed by his own real estate qualifications, and being immersed in the Buxton network, Heath’s service is based on a unique experience of the industry. Brought up to understand the importance of working with his client’s biggest investments and greatest transitions, Heath has an innate understanding of the relationship between agent and client. Residing in close proximity to the bay throughout his life and dedicating a substantial portion of his leisure time to aquatic pursuits, Heath boasts an innate fondness for beachside suburbs. Great communicator

Heath worked hard to secure the selling price. He was able to use his knowledge of the market to enable the sale. His persistent, communication and professionalism was appreciated.

I recently bought my home with Heath as the agent and found him to be very good to work with over the purchase. If ever I selling or buying l would work with Heath.
