After interviewing 2 other local real estate agents I engaged Helen and Josephine to sell my family home where I have lived for 23 years. Helen was friendly and approachable and responded quickly to any enquiries we made about the property without being too pushy. She was very familiar with aspects of the property and was able to answer most of our questions immediately. Following the engagement of her services, even though I was on the other side of the world, Helen kept me up-to-date with every detail during the whole selling process. We thought we knew exactly what we wanted from a house here in Australia, as we’d owned 5 different houses in the UK, but we could never find exactly what we were after. Helen showed us everything we’d asked to see plus a bonus house that wasn’t even on the market. It seems Helen knows us better than we do as I’m writing this review sitting on my new couch in the bonus house 😁. Brilliant service and always a friendly on the end of the phone to answer any questions. All this was helped by the house buying process being much easier here in Australia than it is in the UK.
