This is the first property we have sold so my first experience working with a real estate agent, to SELL a property. Ian's approach at the front end of the process was excellent, very thorough, focused but not the hard sell as the industry is known for. It is an odd market currently and while we thought we would sell our property for more, the outcome and process was a positive one. Regular communication, felt like we were working in partnership to sell, which is how it should be. I recommend Ian and his team. I also highly recommend you do your research and ensure you choose a good time to sell and look and what properties of recently sold for in the area. Market determines the price you will get.

If you're looking for an agent to sell your home or your investment property, I'd highly recommend going with Ian (or at a minimum getting him in for an appraisal). Ian is a professional, skilled and experienced operator supported by a well-coordinated team who did a great job of keeping me updated on how everything was going. This made for a seamless and stress-free process. However what really impressed me was Ian's negotiation skills and ability to create the right marketing campaign to suit each property. Ian is good at this because he is a true deal-maker who lives and breathes Brisbane property. Highly recommended!
