I live in the UK. My house is in Lutwyche. I needed a sale to a deadline. Ian talked me through the pros and cons of auction vs fixed price marketing. The auction came out on top, mostly due to his teams stats on success at auction and average time to completed sale. It was excellent advice... Intensive marketing campaign meant loads of people viewed it. In my case this was invaluable because the initial price estimate didn’t match market opinion. Ian provided me with very detailed feedback on everyone that viewed the property. From that we were able to realise why it wasn’t going to achieve what we all hoped for when we started out. The feedback and guidance helped managed my expectations and give me a realistic sense of what it was worth right now, in the Brisbane market.
