Ian and his team were excellent from start to finish. As a group we all sat down, put a plan in place and carried it out very well. My partner works from home so open houses had to be all pre-approved, Ian had no problem in doing this. Open homes were always on schedule and on time. Prior to putting our house up for sale Ian and ourselves reviewed the market came up with a realistic reserve price that was met with Ease. Ian was very honest, upfront and punctual throughout the entire process. I would not hesitate at all to recommend Ian to family or friends who were considering selling there property.

Ian is a very friendly and personable chap, I have no doubt he did his best to get the best possible result for us (the vendors) that he could. I realise the circumstances, selling a home in the middle of a pandemic was not the best time to do so. However on reflection my wife and I were reasonable happy with the result, which was in part due to Ian's persistence.
