We engaged Ian as our agent based on previous dealings as a buyer of properties he sold. However, this time we were the vendors and realised following a meeting that he was totally committed to work for his client. As we were selling during COVID-19 stage, it was important that we had to create a 'point of difference' in our sales campaign to ensure it attracted buyers. From discussing the Marketing Plan and advising us on the one that suited us (not just the most expensive), Ian was able to deliver a product that marketed our house with exceptional feedback and views. Our properties photos and sales information captured online views that were 2-3 times higher than the average properties viewed. We were advised daily on the inspections to be held and he followed up with feedback on the potential clients. He was genuine in his feedback and never told us what we wanted to hear but what the feedback actually was. We would certainly use his services again. In summary - under promised and over delivered. Ian and his team were excellent from start to finish. As a group we all sat down, put a plan in place and carried it out very well. My partner works from home so open houses had to be all pre-approved, Ian had no problem in doing this. Open homes were always on schedule and on time. Prior to putting our house up for sale Ian and ourselves reviewed the market came up with a realistic reserve price that was met with Ease. Ian was very honest, upfront and punctual throughout the entire process. I would not hesitate at all to recommend Ian to family or friends who were considering selling there property.

Ian is a very friendly and personable chap, I have no doubt he did his best to get the best possible result for us (the vendors) that he could. I realise the circumstances, selling a home in the middle of a pandemic was not the best time to do so. However on reflection my wife and I were reasonable happy with the result, which was in part due to Ian's persistence.
