Ian was such a professional and extremely authentic. I actually don't think I've met an estate agent like him before and I used to work in the industry. Ian was honest, efficient, not at all pushy and importantly very open with his communication, you don't have to read between the lines. Nothing was a trouble, even when I wanted to visit the property 4 times, and he went above and beyond to have an additional condition agreed with the vendor.
