Ian is a Real Estate professional. He is passionate and knowledgeable about his work. I employed his services to sell my rental property. He and his associate (Anthony) organised the marketing, staging, open day viewings, auction date etc. A phone call to update me, after each open home was very good. It helped me understand who was attending, why, price range expectation and who could be a potential buyer. A weekly campaign report was emailed to me detailing aspects of the campaign process thus far. I was also given examples of similar properties for sale in the surrounding area. I understood that the current market is soft and it favours buyers. These examples gave me perspective and comparison. Auction day was 'another day at the office' for Ian. He was calm cool and collective. I was anxious. His experience showed and I was quite impressed. Ian is a natural negotiator. When we got down to the final buyer, he did his magic and got the result. He did his best to minimise my heartache. The final sale price exceeded my expectation. I am extremely happy.
