Ian's approach as stated earlier was direct and to the point. Moreover, his affability meant that the dissemination of information and explanations of the processes involved made the whole experience much more palatable and made it easier to achieve not just the desired result but allowed for the building of trust, between seller and agent. There also seemed to be a high level of coordination between Ian, Rose and other members of the team. I was also kept apprised of buyers views their level of interest and other related matters. From my point of view, no messages were lost 'in translation.' Communication is key and at no time was I disappointed. Ian and his team were able to achieve an excellent outcome and one in accordance with what had been indicated in our initial discussions.
