We recently sold our family home of 38 years in Baulkham Hills with Igor Jugovic at Manor Real Estate. Igor's level of professionalism and consideration was excellent during both the presales and sales process. I have already told my neighbours about the exceptional service provided by Igor, and Manor Real Estate, and I have no hesitation in recommending Igor Jugovic and Manor Real Estate to family and friends, or anybody else. I honestly believe that Igor achieved a higher sale price for us through conviction than many other agents would have. Thanks again Igor.

With his comprehensive understanding of the local market, working passion and high communication skill, Igor had helped us to achieve an ideal sale price within a week, which saved us lots of time and energy. We highly recommend him to everyone.

Always made himself available on the phone for discussion throughout the negotiation process. Has a very good handle on dealing with sales, negotiation...

Igor and his team are very professional in Hills area. The price range of the property is very accurate and helpful for the buyer to prepare the budget. It makes whole process easy. I bought the property from Manor, the price is just within the range they provided. Thanks for your professional job. Jack and Kitty

Igor Jugovic and his team were excellent when it came to the sale of my parents house. They specific with their timeframes and actions and were really great with dealing with my elderly parents. Couldn't ask for better service !

Igor is working hard. He know what he's doing. Igor is reliable and easy to communicate. He will try everything to perform the best

Our experience with Igor and Jay is best described as professional and patient. We decided to engage their boutique agency for their personal approach and recent sales success in the area. Their ability to engage our potential buyers as well as their ongoing communication with us throughout the process allowed us to be fully informed. They were always available to discuss any queries we had - their knowledge and honest feedback we received was reassuring. Ultimately, their ability to achieve the target price range is an indication of their commitment to their clients. We look forward recommending their services to our friends. With our thanks, Christian & Gabriella

Igor and Declan were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They both gave me confidence that they could sell my number one asset for top dollar. They are very passionate about what they do and I have to say I was extremely impressed with their marketing campaign. It is savy and market leading. I had not seen marketing like this previously. I believe one of the most important aspects to a successful sale is the marketing, Manor a definitely a leader in this field. Throughout the sale process I was always kept well informed, daily or twice daily phone calls at a minimum. Igor is a professional in all aspects of the business. I always felt confident in his ability to get me a great outcome. I would not hesitate to recommend Igor and his team. It was a smooth sailing experience for me, cant thank you enough for such a great experience.

Service was second to none very happy

We met Igor in couple of auctions but none of them were successful for us , but he promised that he will find us the right one soon and he did it. He is very friendly , positive and incredibly responsive, we couldn’t have made this happen without his help.Just the type of person you need when looking to buy or sell your house. He’s a personable, competent and confident guy and we felt comfortable with him immediately.I assure that he will be my first choice for my future projects and I strongly recommend him for buying and selling houses.

Congratulations to Manor Real Estate of the magnificent result Igor and Declan achieved on the sale of our property. We could not have had a better team - great people - great result - we could not have been happier.
