Jackson's incredible work ethic, incomparable market knowledge and warm personality made him the perfect agent to sell our house. Thanks to his expertise and strong communication skills, the opening bid was very strong on the day of the auction. And the way the auction built so spectacularly after that first bid was all down to Jackson! We would recommend him you to everyone we know.
Jackson has an affable personality, which immediately made me feel comfortable and confident. He is very professional, has a wealth of knowledge and an excellent communicator. Open and honest, he frequently contacted me of every process along the way and with regular updates. Selling my beloved home wasn’t easy for me and the empathy Jackson showed at such an emotional time was amazing. Delivering a fantastic result - I would highly recommend Jackson and the rest of the team to anyone selling their property.
Jackson was an amazing agent and ticked all our boxes. Early in the process we said communication was key and Jackson absolutely delivered. We were always contacted to keep up to date with any progress/prospects and felt well informed through the whole process. There was a great transparency around reserves and we felt we could always be honest because of the trust built from the beginning. The great price was the icing on the cake. I would recommend Jackson and his team to anyone selling in the inner-west. You won't be disappointed.
We can’t recommend Jackson enough! We have known him for a couple of years and after meeting with a few agents to decide who was going to sell our apartment, we knew we picked the right one! We were hesitant about putting our apartment on the market at the beginning of the lockdown, but Jackson assured us that we would get results and we did! We trusted him and he was always there to answer a phone call and the many questions we had over our campaign. He welcomes all to inspections and no single person is ruled out and that was something that was important to us! Not only has he helped in selling our apartment but he has helped us look for a new home and shown us many properties that are suitable to us, and given great advice and knowledge about other properties even if he hasn't listed it…we haven’t found one yet but we know he will always help us now and in the future. Thank you so much Jackson ☺️
Jackson was very helpful, professional and transparent throughout the whole marketing campaign. He kept us informed and at ease after every open inspections and helped us achieved an amazing result. Highly recommended!!
I cannot thank Jackson enough for the amazing job he has done with regards to the purchase of our new home - Jackson followed up all requirements with speed and professionalism and if you want a Real Estate who cares about you Jackson is your man
Jackson's market knowledge was outstanding - he guided us through our house sale during Sydney's lockdown, and the new world of online auctions. His appraisal was on the money. He was always contactable, and on time. His advice approaching and during the auction was also spot on. He was super thorough from our initial meeting. We can't recommend Jackson enough!
I initially engaged Jackson for his extensive knowledge of the Enfield/Croydon Park market and with no hesitation I entrusted him with the sale of my townhouse due to his positive energy, up front nature and commitment to delivering the best result possible in the sale. As a vendor you want a real estate agent who will give you an honest appraisal of your property but further to this you want someone who can build strong relationships with potential buyers and foster these relationships to obtain quality & honest feedback. Jackson does exactly this! Throughout the process Jackson kept me informed, provided honest feedback and managed my expectations on interest in the property. When it came to auction, I was fully informed of all potential scenarios and when we didn’t sell at auction and subsequently went into lockdown, Jackson demonstrated resilience, adaptability and tenacity in his approach to selling the property post auction. Jackson delivered on all accounts - a successful sale, a result on target with appraisal expectations and most importantly a stress free, transparent process. If you want to sell with confidence, sell with Jackson & the Richard Matthews Team!
Jackson and the crew at Richard Mathews Strathfield achieved an outstanding result and we thoroughly recommend them. The personal service provided by Jackson has been excellent throughout the process, especially during these uncertain times of covid lock down. We were very apprehensive regards an online auction, but now very relieved we took Jackson's advice to see it through. Thank you very much Jackson and your Team at Richard Mathews Real Estate Strathfield.
Jackson showed professionalism throughout our experience. During what would normally have been an anxiety filled time in our lives we always felt totally informed & supported by Jackson. His manner, kindness & helpfulness was greatly appreciated. Even during another COVID lockdown & having a online auction Jackson took time to explain so we felt at ease. We are grateful to have experienced this with such a nice man.
We decided to go with Jackson Cox to help us sell our home recently and he was great from the start! He was upfront and honest with advice, he gave us great direction and his team achieved a great result on auction day helping us get more than what we wanted? I couldn't recommend him more!
