Thank you Jackson Cox for your enthusiasm, passion and patience during the whole process from start to finish with the campaign. Your professionalism was outstanding, and you consistently provided feedback which made the journey less stressful. It was a great result and I look forward to working with you in the future. Many thanks.
Selling a home is a very trying, difficult and often nerve racking process- Jackson Cox was heaven sent to smooth and simplify the process with his calm, positive and always helpful demeanour. Always professional in his conduct, Jackson answered all our questions and concerns promptly and authoritatively. His market knowledge of the local area was great and I would unhesitatingly recommend him to anyone looking for a real estate agent.
We couldn’t be happier with Jackson Cox of Richard Matthews Real Estate. He has been there every step of the way. Jackson is incredibly easy to talk to, very patient and very understanding of his clients' needs and he is fun to work with. He is very honest and trustworthy as well and we felt completely comfortable taking his advice because we knew he was sincere. He was available anytime we needed him and that included evenings and weekends. He was truly "on call" for us and made us feel important and valued as clients. He kept in constant contact with the family, continually updating us during the campaign. We wish we could find some criticism to help him better himself in his career, but there is honestly nothing that he could have done differently or better for us. His professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. We would highly recommend Jackson to any prospective property seller.
Jackson was the Agent when we bought our Unit in Alexandria and, based on the experience we had with him then, it wasn’t even a question for us regarding who to approach when we were looking to sell. You can not find fault with the level of service and professionalism he provides, we were first time sellers and not only did Jackson guide us through the process with patience and expertise but he was on hand to lend support / discuss details of the property we we were looking to buy! I can’t recommend Jackson, and the team he is part of, more highly - hard working, professional, genuine and just an all round pleasure to work with. Thank you for everything Jackson!
Nice and experience guy ,always happy when turn up ,no time limit help the buyer all the questions need to know
After getting us a great sale price for our house, Jackson worked tirelessly to support us to find our forever home. From helping us discover our dream property right through to negotiation, making an offer and signing the contracts, Jackson went above and beyond. We are forever grateful for everything he has done for our family - he is our agent for life!
Amazing customer service from Jackson. Jackson has been very attentive, genuine and always very honest and direct. Very comfortable purchasing a home with him.
As first time sellers we were quite nervous, Jackson was always available to answer our many questions and give experienced advice. He held our hand through the whole process and always with a smile and an upbeat attitude. Thanks Jackson and Richard Mathews Real Estate.
Jackson is everything I could want in an agent: driven, passionate and here for me every step of the way. He gave me regular updates, managed my expectations throughout the entire process and made everything as easy and stress-free as possible. He will be our agent for life!
Jackson’s personable approach to realestate is a breath of fresh air. He is dedicated, proactive and a pleasure to deal with. After months of searching for a first home Jackson’s knowledge and professionalism allowed me to purchase with confidence. He has provided prompt and clear communication throughout the whole process. Jackson maintains his friendly and approachable manner at each of his open homes and with everyone he meets. It is great to deal with someone who is so clearly passionate about what they do.
We met Jackson at an open inspection for a property we were interested in. Despite not being ready to purchase at the time, Jackson gave us ample information and attention. When it came time to sell our property we knew we had to go with Jackson. As your agent, he makes you feel as if you are his only client. He is always available on the phone, provides regular updates and is frank and honest in his advice. We never felt pressured to take a particular course of action, and when we were hesitant Jackson was more than willing to take the time to explain the strategy. Considering our property was on the lower end of the price range in our area, we were always impressed with how Jackson's enthusiasm for customer service matched how monumental this process is for a first time vendor. Thanks Jackson, and we hope we get to work with you in some capacity in the future!
Our experience with Jackson was fantastic. He was committed to get the best outcome for us, was always available with good expert advice, and he is personable and so easy to get along with. He managed to get our place sold on action with overwhelming interest and well above our reserve (much more than we expected) so we would definitely recommend Jackson and we'll work with him again.
