Jackson from RichardMatthews is the agent that you want to go to if you want to sell your property at high price. It was a long journey for us to sell the house from conception to auction, it took almost 2 years due to various reasons but Jackson was very consistant, giving good advises throughout. During the auction campaign Jackson has called me each and every time after scheudled inspection keeping me updated. Unlike ohter lazy agents, Jackson does his job and follow up on every potential buyers from day one to the auction, they don't just do run inspections and hope for the best, this agency build up the purchasing momentum all the way to auction and they had a good idea on how many people were going to bid. When it finally went under the hammer, the result went 10% over the reserved price, which is all it mattered.
