When Jacob arrived to give us an appraisal on our home, he presented us with a well researched folder containing all the information that would help us through the selling of our property. During the selling process he was in constant contact with us and our buyer, ensuring that the system was working favourably for both us as the seller, and also for the other party. He worked hard to overcome any obstacle that arose, and to make the sale of our property a happy and stress-free event for us.

We purchased our property purely online from NSW. Jacob was incredibly helpful and always went above and beyond to answer our continual barrage of questions. We appreciated this as trying to purchase a future lifestyle property from just pictures was incredibly difficult. Jacob liaised with the Vendors, inspected the property on our behalf before settlement and even dropped the keys off to our nominated person so that they could open the property for removalists to deliver furniture. Outstanding effort!
