Super professional. Was about to embark on a holiday so offered to multiple agents, non exclusive off market for 6 weeks until i returned. One agent came with an offer $50k under market and insisted that was the best i would get, other agents refused to even entertain unless the were exclusive. Jacob just got on with it and came back with 3 offers within days, contracted before i left on holidays and settled after i returned. No bull_hit, just genuine agent with actions to match, not words. I will use Jacob to sell my other investment property next year, no questions asked.

Jacob was exceptional from start to finish. From the intitial reach out, he sounded genuinely interested in understanding what we were looking for, what our priorities were, and how best he could help us get what we wanted. He did not force us into any fixed template that worked for him. Rather he catered his approach to selling our land based on our preferences, timelines, budget, and priorities. He also went above and beyond what was required form him to ensure that we not only had a successful transaction but that the overall experience was as pleasant as possible. He took personal efforts to ensure that all our property selling needs were met, including cleaning up the land with us to meet the buyer's expectation, even though this was not required of him. As an agent, he personally gets 10 stars and is a true asset to whichever agency he works with.
