Super professional. Was about to embark on a holiday so offered to multiple agents, non exclusive off market for 6 weeks until i returned. One agent came with an offer $50k under market and insisted that was the best i would get, other agents refused to even entertain unless the were exclusive. Jacob just got on with it and came back with 3 offers within days, contracted before i left on holidays and settled after i returned. No bull_hit, just genuine agent with actions to match, not words. I will use Jacob to sell my other investment property next year, no questions asked.
