This is an amazing team. James, Lauren and the crew were incredibly responsive, engaged and determined to sell our beautiful home. It took a while but the market was not working with us. That said what an outcome!

A week after we put our house on the market the market crashed and we lost 10% of our homes value overnight. A real plan of what we needed to do. It was hard, there was so much money and emotional investment in our home but we had to change course literally overnight . James was the lead agent and over the following 5 months remained a constant source of professionalism , kindness and wisdom. We didn’t ‘have’ to sell so we were lucky but we decided, because of personal logistics , to continue with the campaign. I’ve lost count of the amount of phone calls, texts and emails that we sent in and out of hours to James over those 5 months. And I’ve lost count of the amount he answered, every single time. We felt he was really on this journey with us and he somehow , god knows how , balanced always being respectful of our frustrations whilst also keeping us on track and grounded. Never telling us what we wanted to hear but always telling us what we needed to. This was so much more than an agent knowing the area , house prices and having a good database. This was where experience and professionalism, genuine care and humanity really kicks in. Even though we were approached by other agents during those rollercoaster 5 months there was never a single moment we thought about changing agents.
