James Bennett and his team realised the sale of my property within the expected time frame and the expected price range. The sale process was seamless. There were no hitches. The Belle Team was readily available to answer my questions and to provide necessary guidance in my decision-making process. I commend this team to potential buyers and sellers.
Our dealings with James and his team were great from the beginning to end. Belle Lane Cove made it clear they had a thorough understanding of our specific area and how to effectively engage potential buyers. As a result, James was able to sell our home off market in less than a week! We would imagine there could be no better recommendation than this.
James and his team were very helpful at all stages of the sales process. Their recommendations and coordination during preparation for sale really simplified things for us. During the sales campaign we received detailed and timely reports and James was always available and forthright in his communication. We were well advised on what to expect on the auction day and things ran exactly as anticipated; this de-stressed the occasion considerably. We have no hesitation in recommending James and his team for their professionalism, support and guidance during the whole process.
I was so impressed with James Bennett and his great team from Belle, Lane Cove. He was most capably backed up by Stephen and Claire and nothing was too much trouble. The maintenance on the home, the painting and styling went very smoothly and were reasonably priced. The use of the 'What's App' added greatly to communication with James and the team and with very prompt responses at all times. James mounted a very solid campaign and I was most impressed with his energy and dedication and professionalism to the sale of the property and found his weekly appraisals and general communication very helpful. The sale price was fair for both parties. As my son Matthew said 'what a good result for everyone involved with your project planning and communication being 1st class!'

The sales process was efficient and well run. Thanks to the Belle team for being so helpful throughout.
I was very impressed by James as an agent, and Danielle, the project manager. Danielle was excellent. The project-management for pre-sale fixup and viewings is of huge benefit in terms of efficiency and stress reduction. James found a buyer pre-market for a good price, and managed the sale beautifully. Their communication was pleasant and quick. Overall a very impressive team and a great result.
In the buying and selling of our properties James and Jess have been extraordinary. They have been very patient and understanding. They have achieved a very satisfactory result in both transactions. We unequivocably recommend their team to anyone seeking such services.
James and his team were superb. Having lived in, and loved our home for 19 years, we entrusted the search for new owners to the team who knows the Greenwich buyer best. Every element of the campaign execution was flawless. From pre-sale and open home support, right through to the final negotiations James, Steven, Claire and Jade were absolutely on point. I was absolutely delighted with the result of their efforts from day one to the exchange of contracts.
It's been a great experience working with James Bennett and Steven O'Neill on the sale of our home. They were thorough professionals and knew the market extremely well. Also kept us abreast of all the happenings as the sale proceeded and delivered the outcome as per timelines. A big shout out to Clare Robinson who really is such an asset/point of difference for the team.
James was clear and efficient in his communication throughout, and a pleasure to deal with.
