And he wasn't a 'salesman' - if you know what I mean. He didn't apply pressure; he worked WITH us to help us get our desired outcome. He was extremely well informed about the property.

We have now both bought and sold a property with James, and he has been exceptional to deal with on both occasions. James has a deep knowledge of the local market and always made himself available to us. I cannot fault James and his team for their efforts in selling our property. James, Danielle and Baxter were professional and a well-oiled machine. It was impressive to experience. We properly met James after he had achieved a great price on a similar house in our street. Following that , James was in regular contact with me and helped in planning our property transition. What was really impressive was that he delivered on what was promised. James pitched a price on our house higher than competitor estimates and exceeded that price despite there being several challenges to overcome - this included APRA changes, increased stock on the market and limitations with our house. James became more of a close advisor to me over the course of the sale rather than an agent. We were in constant dialogue prior to campaign launch. During the 3 week campaign I would have spoken to James every day and he was available in some cases after normal working hours. Belle were able to work through the limitations of our house by redoubling marketing efforts and using their market presence to engage buyers that would otherwise not have responded to normal marketing. As a consequence, it resulted in an outstanding result achieved prior to auction and on settlement terms required by us. The outperformance of Belle could be tangibly measured against a number of sales that occurred at the same time in the area. Thankyou Belle for the counsel, result and the experience.

Thanks a lot to James`s help in buying. We found this property on internet just three days before its auction date and we thought we might be too late for it. But James helped us to organize an inspection immediately for us and update us all information we need, which made us confident enough to make the decision within one day.
