I cannot fault James Bennett and his fabulous team in the entire process of selling my property. I was kept in the loop the entire time by James himself. In such a stressful situation of selling your own property James and his team took a lot of the pressure off. I highly recommend using James and his team at Belle and I will certainly be using him again
The entire sales campaign was so professionally managed by James and his team. At all times we felt we were kept informed and up to date. We were thrilled with the sales outcome, achieved by Jame’s market knowledge, commitment and personable approach
I found James to be very responsive and transparent.
James and the team were brilliant. They provided constant and open communication which made the process extremely easy and comforting. They were able to meet, & exceed, the expectation for sale. Overall a pleasure to deal with.
James Bennett was clear, professional, knowledgeable, and transparent. He gave us all the information we needed to move ahead to purchase the property and managed our expectations appropriately. Keep up the good work in providing buyers and sellers a frictionless experience in buying and selling property.
James and his team were very professional from the outset and achieved an excellent result for us
We couldn't have been happier with our experience with James, Danielle and Baxter through the entire sale process. From the initial conversation with James, he always made himself available whenever we needed him and was very generous with his time. He remained our main contact throughout the campaign, conducting all our open houses (which was a huge time commitment during lockdown due to the inspection restrictions) and providing regular updates. We appreciated his honesty, clear market knowledge and genuine interest in our best outcome, and we never felt any pressure to move away from our goals and expectations. Danielle is a superstar and moved mountains to get us ready within a week! We have no hesitation in recommending James and the Belle team!
From the moment we met James Bennett, we knew he was the right person to market our dad's property in Greenwich. James is a well presented man who is very knowledgeable and professional in his dealings as a Real Estate Agent. James also has a good grasp of the Greenwich market. James set up a group What's App for my brother, sister and I as a way of communicating with us on the progression of the marketing campaign. He also answered any queries we had promptly. The whole team at Belle Lane Cove were professional. Danielle was a great help in recommending the tradespersons we needed to prepare the property for sale and also following up on any other recommendations we needed to clear the property. We were provided with statistics on views on the sites RealEstate.com and Domain and weekly updates on feedback from potential buyers. The team, on auction day, made us feel so relaxed and kept us up to date as we followed COVID guidelines. Thanks James Bennett and the team from Belle Lane Cove
We were hesitant to list our property during the lockdown but James, Danielle and Baxter allayed all our concerns. James and his team knew the Lane Cove market very well and had a great rapport with prospective buyers and ourselves. The selling process was seamless and stress free due to James' professionalism and detailed buyer feedback. Thank you so much James, Danielle and Baxter for making the selling process so easy for us during such challenging times (pandemic). We wouldn't hesitate to recommend James and his team to any prospective sellers!
James heads a professional and engaged team that achieved an excellent result for the sale of our apartment. We met James and Baxter a year ago when trying to purchase a house in Lane Cove. Our experience gave us the confidence that they treat buyers with respect and establish a solid level of trust in the process. So, when it came time to sell, we called James. A major point of difference to other agents is Danielle who helped us prepare our apartment for sale and quite frankly, there is no problem she cannot fix. Our place glowed, ready for inspections, by the time she was done. Under the extraordinary circumstances of lockdown, James and the team’s level of engagement, market knowledge and personable communication skills got us through with an excellent result. Highly recommended.
James was helpful & upfront. He kept us updated & was very responsive.
Thank you to James, Danielle and Baxter for their assistance in selling our home in Greenwich. A very professional job from the team with particular thanks to Danielle in helping us get our property ready for sale. We would have no hesitation in recommending this team.
