I was extremely impressed with James from Murdoch Lee. He was professional, knowledgeable, and hardworking throughout the entire selling process. James set realistic expectations while developing an excellent strategy for selling the property. He clearly understands the local market and has a very good feel for buyers and how they are likely to respond. His communication was excellent. During the inspection period, James called me every week and emailed a comprehensive report on buyer interest and feedback. He would always answer my questions, explain the options, and make sure I understood the process. James also worked very hard behind the scenes, following up prospective buyers and keeping things moving. The result exceeded my expectations. James Laing provided thoughtful advice concerning my property which needed extensive repairs to be lettable. He provided options to repair, probable cost and probable rental return. He also provided options to sell (auction or private treaty) and estimate of probable price.
