When we first started to sell our house, it was just at the end of the peak. We were reluctant to sell however our agent James and Chloe were quite sure that they’d be able to sell our house. The banks started to increase interest rates and we were worried. However, due to James hard work he managed to sell our place within 4-5 weeks which I find remarkable in this period of uncertainty due to the banks increasing of interest rates.
