First of all, I would like to say that James is very hard working, very professional and a great salesman. I gave him just about 5 weeks to sell my property and he delivered the result. James was always proactive. He did not just sit and reply the phone calls and messages from the buyers. He was always reaching out to possible buyers. If someone would like to have a look at the property in the middle of the week after office hours, James would go and show the property. He also always updated me with how many people came for inspection and who were serious and who were not. He can sell ice to Eskimos. I am selling again, he would be my agent.
