James Ramsey is a superb real estate agent. We inspected the property on the Saturday and James negotiated for us with the owners and we locked in the sale soon after. We had a viewing on the Thursday before the property was due to go to auction. James answered all our questions and anticipated some others. We decided that night to make an offer and from that point on James was in constant contact with us and the vendor, helping with not only getting the sale over the line but also with all the various boxes that needed to be ticked in order for it to happen pre-auction. James' is highly motivated, has excellent communication skills and exudes professionalism.
