We decided to buy our first property last year and had prepared ourselves for a long, tedious process. We were very lucky to have James as the vendors agent as he helped us to navigate all of the paperwork and requirements. Throughout the whole process James explain everything fully and made the experience of getting on the property ladder a pleasurable one. We highly recommend James and would be happy to provide a verbal reference.
