An unpleasant experience. When it got close to settlement ( 24hours) we were threatening that if we did not remove 2 large pot planters our contract was going to be crashed ! . We informed Jan that if that’s what it’s come to then go ahead and crash it, that was midday. We heard nothing for the rest of the day and evening, I think that was disgusting and not very ethical. We had legal advice that a contract could not be crashed on those terms and the agent should have known this. It was just a scare tactic which did not go down very well . On top of dropping our price and throwing in some extras we were really disappointed how it ended.
