This is the second house we have sold with Jan and we have found her to be very professional and insightful on both occasions. Jan did everything she could to maximise my return as a seller (as it is the seller paying the commission). Too many agents are interested in quick sale but minor change in commission can mean large difference in sale for seller which can be crucial to their future.
