An Extraordinary Experience

Janelle Laretive works for the same company that managed my investment property in Subiaco. As I have been very happy with the services Abel Property have provided over the years I was happy to work with Janelle. What a wise decision that turned out to be. I was based overseas at the time the initial discussions to place and for the majority of the sale process. An initial Skype discussion started the ball rolling with email communication thereafter. Janelle handled everything on my behalf, including overseeing the internal styling and overall presentation of the property to maximise the sale price. Her timing and approach in listing the property were spot on. Listed one day before Christmas and three great offers on the table within 7 days. A remarkable result particularly given the ‘interesting’ state of the Perth property market. Janelle regularly communicated with me with updates as each of the milestones were reached. I have no hesitation in recommending Janelle’s services and will seek her out next time I am investing in the Perth market.
