I cannot recommend Jarrah and his team highly enough. He and his team made a painful experience a lot easier. He was informative, friendly, understanding but precise and at all times impeccably professional. His knowledge of the area and market was efficient and correct. My house sold quickly and even then Jarrah went beyond his obligations and assisted me with further advice and assistance in the purchase of my new home. Excellent service from him as a vendor and without a second thought someone I would refer my family and friends to.

Jarrah worked very hard to get the best price possible for my house and after the original house that I wanted to buy fell through due to time limits by the Vendor, Jarrah managed to find another house that was being built within the area I was interested in. Jarrah went out of his way to negotiate a few changes to the house with the builder before it was built and also negotiated a good price for me. I am very happy with his work.

Jarrah displayed a very willing and professional attitude to all requests and acted in a timely fashion.

We originally phoned Jarrah to arrange a viewing of the new home and found on more than one occasion he was more than willing to arrange a time that would suit our family. He always presented with a friendly smile and was very helpful with organising our offer and finalising paper work. Nothing was too much trouble for him. We were very happy with his service all round and would be more than happy to recommend his services to any of our friends n the future..

Jarrah is a consummate professional who goes above and beyond for clients. For example, Jarrah worked over a long weekend to negotiate and organise the admin for our purchase. Communication and information was adequate until the day i was due to collect keys. They were not ready and waiting for me and then i found out that despite the transfer taking place on the Friday Jarrah still did not have possession of all of the house keys and they were still with the builder. NOT happy. It is not appropriate for the builder to be in possession of keys after the transaction has occurred and then for the agent to not even have them ready on the arranged day of collection.
