Just a thank you to Jason Gebran for all his help when it came to selling my mothers house. He knows the Granville area well & what properties are approx. worth. He advised me on the best way to go with advertising and photos and suggested an auction would be the best way to go as I wanted a quick sale. He was very professional & nothing was too much trouble to him. I followed his advice with the auction and had the property sold prior to auction and at a price that I was very happy with. I would highly recommend Jason Gebran to anyone in his area thinking of selling. I saw a very negative review on Hookers web page which I could not believe after having delt with them. The writer didn't stipulate what his problem was but I presume it was sour grapes over something fictional. A job well done by Jason & staff of L.J. Hooker.

After a number of different agents came through our house and discussed different sales tactics, Jason was the only agent who we felt was being upfront, honest and gave us a realistic market appraisal. We knew our sale was going to be difficult as it was during the Christmas/NewYears holiday period. Due to us being committed elsewhere and understanding the scenario we were in JJason was the only agent who gave us a realistic price to expect, which was in line with what we were expecting anyway. After signing on the Monday the house was listed Thursday and sold after the first open house, within just 3 days! Jason also managed to negotiate $22,000 over what we were expecting.
