We initially met with two agents when deciding to sell our apartment. One was a family friend and prominent agent in the area and the other was Jay, who we noticed had sold most of the apartments in our complex. After meeting with Jay we couldn't go past his knowledge and professionalism as well as his polite and friendly nature. This decision paid off for us with a sale above our expectations within 13 days of listing. Unfortunately with the buyer pulling out of the sale we had to relist and begin inspections again. The exceptional work Jay put in during this period led to a new buyer within another 13 days. Overall, we couldn't be happier with the time it took to sell and the outcome of our sale, we will definitely use Jay again in the future.
