We visited the property on the spur of the moment as we had previously visited the area a few months earlier and really liked the outlook. Jay was very easy to talk to and had a lot of knowledge of the area and it's advantages as far as what were things that we were looking for to help us don't ecide this was going to be our future home. He was very fair in all our negotiations and replied with any of our inquiries extremely promptly. His ability to bond with us in a friendly manner without being pushy was appreciated.
