Jay is awesome, honestly. The best thing about him was that he kept things incredibly simple. He listened to exactly what my partner and I wanted for our home, and then went above and beyond the call of duty to find the perfect place for us. Jay Peters went out of his way to reschedule an inspection of our new home as we missed the open inspection earlier in the day. After inspecting the home Jay facilitated the sales price negotiation between the vendor and ourselves, he made it an easy process and the negotiation was manage well and with the interest of both parties in mind.
