I just purchased a land at Oran Park and Jay was great to work with. I got that land in a very good value, Jay is very easy to deal with and very knowledgeable absolutely hassle free. I'd highly recommended them for selling and buying.

Jay Peters professional approach was appreciated when my elderly parents signed their exclusive contract with J P Elite Group. He was sensitive to my parents health and their decision to sell the family home after 50 years. BUT once the contract of sale was signed his professional approach disappeared with only text communication which was short and terse. We were not advised of when a final inspection by the buyer took place. Access to the house was made by the purchasers without consent given. He made a derogatory remark about my mothers health. We found Jay to be less than enthusiastic with any matters relating to our property once the contract of sale had been signed and tended to take advantage of the fact that we were based interstate. Lets hope Jay learns from this feedback as Harcourts were highly recommended to us but fell well short of expectations.
Jay and his team have been fantastic from day 1 at inspection. Jay went above and beyond what would be expected of an agent. The communication is excellent and knowledge of the area and market is superb.I would recommend Jay and his team to any buyers or sellers. We are also using Jay and his team as our property managers.
