My partner and I recently purchased our first home together and were obviously both very nervous during this stressful time. Jay really made us feel at ease and comfortable with the entire process. We had lots of questions about the whole process due to our lack of experience but Jay was more than happy to answer these questions any time we needed him. Our schedule was jam packed during the settlement period so Sunday was generally our only free day to do anything, Jay went out of his way to accommodate.
